Light, institutional, and credible. Source Sans 3, a sticky utility nav, navy gradient hero, and clean accordion FAQ. Reads like an official state resource. Recommended lead direction.
Bold Patriotic
High-energy and recruitment-forward. Archivo display type, a star utility bar, a stats band (135+ badges), org chips, and a red call-to-action band. Strongest for membership drive.
Modern Editorial
Refined and story-driven. Newsreader serif paired with Inter, numbered section markers, and an asymmetric layout. Treats Senate Bill 19 as a narrative. Most design-forward.
